I talk a lot about "Pause Moments" in life — the moments where you wish you could hit the pause button and freeze the moment in time. I try to remember every detail — the way the moment feels, who I'm with, what I'm hearing, what I'm smelling, the way the breeze feels on my skin or the way the sun is shining or the way my heart is racing. It not only helps me be more present in important moments, but it helps me remember them more vividly. I think "Pause Moments" are good for taking a break, too — when we need to take a pause for our own wellbeing, whether it be for our heart, mind, body or soul.
